Spill Kits
Small booms, pillows and pads can be packed into a range of bags, bins and drums to create spill kits for any situation. They are generally used by industry to contain and absorb machinery leaks, chemical drum spillage, tanker unloading and vehicle refuelling spills. Kits are available for both Hydrocarbon and Chemical spills and come in either the following sizes, or can be assembled to your specification.

Absorbents are an important tool to control leaks and spills. They are materials designed for the single purpose of containing, picking up and assisting in the safe disposal of loose fluids. Global spill products should be a part of every maintenance program.

Global spill products for chemical spills absorbs diesel at 10 times it’s own weight and oils at 20 times it’s own weight. The polypropylene material in these products is then granulated and assembled into an outer mesh to form sausages (booms) and pillows.

Pads - used for small spills or final clean-up of large spills on water or under leaking pipes and machinery.Can be wrung out and re-used.
Rolls - can be cut into various sizes to fit around industrial machinery or used to protect beaches and shorelines from oil spills.
Booms - used to surround leaking drums, protect drains, machinery and stock by containing, absorbing and diverting oil and fuel spills.
Pillows - are standard in spill kits and may be used to block drains, wipe up factory floor spills, absorb spills in confined areas such as sumps, bilges, tanks and small drains.
Particulate - ideal for spreading onto spilt oil and fuel to absorb and solidify the spill. Oil and fuel absorbents are available in special sizes upon request.A full range of chemical absorbents and spill kits are also available.
